BreadFinancialApply.com is an independent informational website. To actually log in to your account, go directly to breadfinancial.com or the official Bread Financial mobile app. Do not enter login credentials on any third-party site.
Follow these steps to access your personal loan account, view payment history, set up autopay, or make a payment.
Visit breadfinancial.com directly in your browser, or download the Bread Financial app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Never log in through a link in an unsolicited email.
The login button is typically in the top-right corner of the Bread Financial homepage. On mobile, it may be inside the hamburger menu.
Use the email address you registered with during your loan application. Enter your password exactly as set — passwords are case-sensitive.
If you've enabled 2FA, you'll receive a verification code via SMS or email. Enter the code within the time limit shown on screen.
Once logged in, you can view your loan balance, payment due date, make a payment, set up autopay, or download your payment history statements.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address. You'll receive a reset link within 5 minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
After multiple failed login attempts, accounts are temporarily locked for security. Wait 15–30 minutes before trying again, or use the Forgot Password flow to reset credentials.
If you can't remember which email you used, check your inbox for any confirmation emails from Comenity Capital Bank or Bread Financial at the time of your loan application.
Force-close and reopen the app. If that fails, delete and reinstall from the official App Store or Google Play. Ensure your device OS is up to date.
For co-branded credit cards (Ulta, Victoria's Secret, etc.), you may log in at the Comenity.net portal specific to your card. Personal loans are managed at breadfinancial.com.
For account-specific issues only Bread Financial can resolve, call the customer service number on the back of your card or on your loan agreement paperwork.
Bread Financial will never call or email asking for your full password, SSN, or bank account details unprompted. If you receive such a request, do not respond — it may be a phishing attempt. Report suspicious contact directly to Bread Financial's fraud team via their official website.
Never share your Bread Financial password with anyone, including customer service representatives. Bread Financial will never ask for your full password via phone or email. Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings for an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
